Strategic Vision has revealed their annual Total Quality Index for 2014, which honors several Chrysler models, including the Dodge Dart, Dodge Durango, Dodge Charger, Jeep Wrangler and Ram 2500/3500. Each car was recognized for receiving high praises amongst new car owners, who felt the most satisfied with their car purchase. Ranking high on the list for years, Chrysler inducted a few new models into the top winner's category for 2014 - a victory for the brand and a testament to their craftsmanship.
Measuring new car owners' positive and negative car experiences, Strategic Vision's Total Quality Index found that Chrysler is one of the leading brands when it comes to quality. For the second year in a row, the Dodge Durango took the number one spot in the Mid-Size SUV segment in the study, while the Dart rose to the top of the Small Car segment. The Ram 2500/3500, Dodge Charger and Jeep Wrangler, newbies to the winner's circle, also dominated the Heavy-Duty Truck, Full-Size Car and Entry SUV segments, proving Chrysler is a respected brand in the automotive industry.
