The Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Challenger have been honored in the 2014 J.D. Power Initial Quality Study, ranking highest in the Minivan and Midsize Sporty Car segments. This year also marks the third time in four years that the Chrysler Town & Country has earned the top spot in its segment, which is a testament to Chrysler's efforts in providing high-quality cars each model year. The Dodge Grand Caravan and Ram 1500 also ranked in the top three within their segments, providing additional wins for Dodge and Chrysler.

To determine how each model would be ranked on the 2014 J.D. Power Initial Quality Study, over 86,000 new car owners were given a 233-question survey to fill out after 90 days of ownership. In the survey, they were encouraged to list any issues they had with their new car, and out of all the models in the Minivan and Midsize Sporty Car segments, the Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Challenger received the fewest complaints, which earned them top rankings. Chrysler and Dodge were both happy to hear the cars did so well in the study and hope the recognition will encourage more buyers to consider the models when searching for a new car. The 2014 Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Challenger are currently available now at Richardson CJD, and you can test-drive each one today to experience their benefits firsthand.
