Jeep Reinvents the Windshield Wiper

Jeep has recently decided to reinvent its windshield wiper to make something new. Instead of water coming from the car itself, it's now going to come from the actual blade.

New Washers

Jeep is getting a new type of windshield wiper to clean out dirt, mud, and other detritus all in one shot from one swiper. The Clean Sweep accessory kit is something you can get from the Wrangler and Gladiator jeeps. This package has new innovative wiper arms that have holes in them cut with lasers. These spray fluid across the windshield.

This creates a new effect where the fluid is coming out right where the wiper can catch it, inside the blade itself. This is going to make for a much more effective way of cleaning the windshield than the traditional spray nozzles people are used to from before. These just can't be as accurate as the holes in the blade itself since there's always going to be a bit of a gap between where it sprays and where the blade goes.

However, having it all in one will just work better. The Jeep still has the traditional nozzle holes from the original infrastructure; they've just been deactivated and rerouted to the blades with tubing inside the vehicle. It's all part of the package.

This means that when you activate the wipers, fluid is produced from the blades first, and then they start to wipe across the screen making it easier for it to get everything,

Wrangler

One of the reasons for these new wipers is that the Jeep Wrangler HighTide was made for beach conditions. This approach will help to make it so that you have fewer blind seconds where you can't see anything for a second. This is what tends to happen with traditional blades. However, with the Wrangler HighTide blades, this lack of visibility is eliminated over the other options.
