What's New for the 2025 Dodge Durango?
The 2025 Dodge Durango sees a few significant updates. This year, Dodge introduced new trim options and tweaked its performance. Two new trims are now available for the Durango: the SRT Hellcat and the R/T 20th Anniversary edition.
2025 Durango Trims & Features
The entry-level trim for the 2025 Dodge Durango is the GT. It has three rows of seats and can accommodate up to seven passengers. It also features 20-inch wheels, a power liftgate, and distinctive black exterior details.
The GT Plus follows. This trim comes with navigation, a 10-inch touchscreen, a sunroof, and leather upholstery. You can opt for second-row captain's chairs; the front seats are power-adjustable. Ventilated front seats are included as standard.
Next is the R/T, which comes equipped with a sport-tuned suspension and an Alpine sound system.
The R/T Plus adds even more safety features, premium upholstery, and memory settings for the driver's seat.
The R/T Premium enhances the cabin with upgraded materials, a wireless phone charger, and additional safety aids.
Two special edition models are also offered. One is the SRT Hellcat, featuring the most powerful engine ever in a Durango. The Hellcat stands out with a unique Triple Nickel exterior color and all-black exterior accents. Standard features include red Nappa leather seats, performance Brembo brakes, and custom wheels.
The R/T 20th Anniversary Trim showcases unique hood graphics, fender badges, embroidered seats, a towing package, and black exterior badging. The cabin is fitted with carbon-fiber trim and is available in exclusive black and grey paint options.

2025 Durango Horsepower
The Durango's power varies by trim. The base model is equipped with a V6 engine delivering 295 horsepower. The R/T trims come with a V8 engine producing 360 horsepower. The SRT features a V8 with 475 horsepower, and the Hellcat's V8 takes it up a notch with 710 horsepower. All trims and engines are paired with an automatic transmission.
2025 Durango Safety Features
The Durango comes with standard blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert. Adaptive cruise control and forward collision warning can be added through a package. The R/T trims also come with navigation.
