Even before its upgrades and improvements, the Jeep Renegade is a popular vehicle for those wanting a sporty and spunky subcompact SUV. But in 2021, the Renegade returns with a series of refreshments that add to its appeal and simultaneously enhance its value. The 2021 Renegade resurfaces on the auto market to bring you a safer ride, with more standard safety features added across the Renegade lineup than in the past. More standard features per trim this year, and more special edition packages are available to enhance most trim levels. The 2021 Renegade has two engines, including a turbo for the Limited and the Trailhawk, to continue bringing you the driving excitement that has characterized the Renegade in the past.
2021 Renegade Trims & Features
The 2021 Jeep Renegade has nine trims being the Sport, Jeepster, Latitude, Upland, Freedom, 80th Anniversary, Islander, Limited, and Trailhawk. The Sport carries a seven-inch infotainment screen including the ability to pair a smartphone device using Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. There are 6 speakers throughout the cabin for the audio system. Features such as air conditioning and cruise control are standard. On the outside there are heated mirrors and 16-inch wheels.
The Jeepster trim adds to it's looks with a glossy black grille, black cloth interior, and exterior decals. The Latitude comes with 17-inch wheels and roof rails to transport items up top the vehicle. The Upland a has body-color door handles, black side roof rails, two front tow hooks, and tangerine interior accents.
The Freedom trim has larger 19-inch granite painted rims that come standard. For the 80th Anniversary trim, you'll have upgraded floor mats, and an 8.4-inch touchscreen. The Islander trim a dual-pane sunroof and silver rims. The Limited comes standard wit an 8.4-inch display, heated leather seats, and automatic wipers that can detect water. Finally the Trailhawk has a raised suspension system along with tow hooks and unique accents.

2021 Jeep Renegade Horsepower
Two four-cylinder engines are available with the 2021 Renegade. The first creates up to 180 HP and 175 LB-FT in torque. With the Trailhawk and Limited comes a 1.3L turbo engine with 177 HP. The Sports, Jeepster, Latitude, 80th Anniversary, and Island have the option of FWD or 4WD, the other trims are available in 4WD.
Jeep Renegade Safety
Trailer sway damping, lane-keep assist, lane departure warning, and blind-spot monitoring are standard safety aids on the Renegade, while automated parking assist is available.
