What's New for the 2022 Jeep Renegade?

The Jeep Renegade gets even more exciting and capable in 2022. All models are now equipped with a turbocharged engine. Both the Sport and Latitude trim levels now show off an 8.4-inch touchscreen, rather than the previously standard 7-inch one. Additionally, these trim levels gain built-in navigation. Choosing the sophisticated Limited trim level now means getting a redesigned grille and unique 18-inch wheels.

2022 Renegade Trims & Features

There are four main trim levels available for the 2022 Renegade, plus several packages that help drivers customize their vehicles. The entry-level Sport comes equipped with things like push-button ignition, dual-zone automatic climate control, smartphone integration, and satellite radio. Next up is the Latitude, which gains roof rails, keyless entry, rear USB ports, and more. The Latitude trim level can add the Altitude package, which will give it gloss black exterior accents and premium upholstery for the cabin.

The Limited model is the most luxurious, giving drivers upgrades such as a heated and leather-wrapped steering wheel. 2022 Jeep Renegade Horsepower

The 2022 Jeep Renegade comes with a turbocharged 1.3L four-cylinder engine that produces 177-horsepower and 190 lb-ft of torque. Front-wheel drive is standard on the Sport. All other trims come equipped with four-wheel drive, which is an optional feature for the entry-level model. A nine-speed automatic is also standard across the board.

Trailer sway dampening, lane departure mitigation, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and forward-collision mitigation are all included on the 2022 Renegade.
