What's New for the 2021 Dodge Challenger?

Buyers will only see minor changes to the 2021 Dodge Challenger lineup. If you purchase one with an adjustable steering column, driver's set, and side mirrors, you'll get memory presets. The SXT trim GTS optional 20-inch wheels and are standard on the GT. SRT branding is now available on Bembo brake calipers for the R/T Scat Pack. The new SRT Super Stock comes with many drag-racing-oriented upgrades, while Widebody is available on Scat Pack Shaker and T/A 392.

2021 Challenger Trims and Features

Dodge gives you a choice of five basic trim levels for the Challenger, but you'll get a wide range of options in available features within those levels. The base SXT has 18-inch wheels, a U-Connect infotainment system, and a power-adjustable driver's seat. The GT adds a remote start, performance steering and suspension, and paddle shifters, while the R/T adds a 5.7-liter V8 engine. With the SRT Hellcat, buyers get power with a supercharged engine, adaptive suspension dampers, and wider tires. The Hellcat Redeye gets power engine cooing, while the SRT Super Stock has the most powerful engine and SRT Sct Pack options as standard.

2021 Dodge Challenger Horsepower

Dodge offers buyers a selection of several engines to fit their needs. The standard 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine produces 303 hp. Depending on the trim you choose, you have a choice of these other engines. The 5.7-liter Hemi V8 engine with fuel-saving technology has 375 hp, while the 392 Hemi V8 moves up to 385 hp and 475 lb-ft of torque. Standard on the Challenger ST Hellcat is the 6.2-liter Hemi V8 with 717 hp and 656 lb-ft of torque. For the ultimate in power, choose the Supercharged High-Output Hemi V8 that delivers 707 lb-ft of torque. On the Challenger Redeye, it produces 797 hp, while on the Super Stock, you get 807 hp, the highest of any standard sports car.
